This team has the responsibility of arranging the worship service in the most appropriate manner. This includes elements of the service, along with preparing for baptismal services, greeting, ushering, bulletins, etc.
PULPIT AND EVANGELISTIC
This ministry is responsible for seeing that the pulpit is filled during the Minister’s absence and that the plans and details of the church’s evangelistic work are carried out.
GREETING AND USHERING This ministry is responsible for arranging a schedule for greeters at the service, and for training and scheduling ushers to see that those attending the services are properly seated.
MUSIC
This ministry has charge of the musical program of the church. This entails the recommendation of the pianist, choir director, choir music and such other needs as rightfully fall into this area of church activity.
BAPTISMAL This ministry is responsible for seeing that the baptistery is filled and heated, that baptismal robes are kept laundered and ready for use and that those being baptized are assisted in their preparation for the service.
SERVING SCHEDULE This ministry is responsible for scheduling the ones to preside over and serve the Lord’s Supper and to take up the offering. They are also to see that those are present on the day they are scheduled.
